Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Right Act 2015, consumers could be entitled to a refund, replacement and/or compensation if goods are faulty or not as described. In other cases, e.g. if the consumer has bought an item of clothing in the wrong size or changed their mind about it, there is no automatic right to return goods. This would be decided at the discretion of a manager. The consumer can return or exchange a product if certain conditions are met. These conditions are that an original till receipt is produced, the goods are unused and in a re-sellable condition and are returned within a 28-day period. If a receipt is not produced the consumer could exchange the goods at the managers discretion.
