Lillico Attlee Country Stores is now in its fifth generation of family ownership, having operated through nine monarchs, two World Wars and an Industrial Revolution. We have made a commitment to the future; we are dedicated to building strong and lasting relationships with customers, employers and suppliers to ensure longevity of the stores. We strive to create stability for our workforce, ensuring that we provide a safe and long-term working environment where they can develop their skills and feel secure within the company. The welfare of animals has been and always will be at the very heart of Lillico Attlee Country Stores. We strive to provide you not only with quality products, but an excellent service. Our team are given regular training to ensure the advice you receive instore is not only relevant, but also impartial, fair and honest; integrity is so important to us, we are not just here to sell. We have colleagues in store who are highly trained in specific areas such as equine nutrition, canine nutrition including raw feeding specialists, Bitting and Lorinery experts, SQPs available to sell licensed animal medication, as well as hat and body protector fitting professionals.
We aim to support both our local community, and the wider world. In January 2021 with the introduction of The Farmer’s Table at Lillico’s, we are now also able to support and showcase local produce from within the community. We also pledge to ensure we minimise our wider environmental impact and do our bit to help the planet in the future; we recycle all our plastic and cardboard waste and ensure any damaged or unsold animal feeds goes to local charities.
We think our devotion to customer service has been fundamental to our longevity and we want to continue to improve and evolve with the changing world so are always open to any comments or suggestions from our wonderful customers.
