Click & Collect Information
Click & Collect Service from Lillico Attlee Country Stores
We currently offer a free click and collect service online from www.lillicoattlee.co.uk for collection from Lillico’s, Aylesford or Attlee’s, Dorking. Shop online from our wide range of pet, equestrian and farm products including feed and bedding from our feed barn*. We endeavour to fulfil your order within 2 working hours (providing orders are received by 3pm, orders received after 3pm will be ready for collection the next day). Click & collect orders will be held for 3 days before being refunded.
Placing your click & collect order
Browse Lillico Attlee Country Stores online and add your favourite products to your basket. At checkout select click & collect as your chosen shipping method and pay online using one of our secure payment methods. Once your click & collect order has been placed online, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging acceptance of your order. You will then receive a second email with your unique collection code once our team has picked your order.
Collecting your order
Please come to the till with your unique collection code. A member of the team will retrieve your pre-picked order and help you load it into your vehicle if required. After collecting your order, you will receive another email confirming collection and thanking you for your custom.
Exclusions
Supplier vouchers can not be redeemed online using the click & collect service.
In-store bulk collection discounts on feed and bedding are only available via orders placed in-store or via telephone and are not available for online click & collect.
*feed barn items such as feed and bedding are not available to click & collect from Lillico’s Aylesford. You can purchase these products in-store when you collect your click & collect order. Information such as stock levels and product data is available online.
