Delivery
Free delivery within a 15 mile radius.
Minimum delivery of 25 bags or bales.
Payment before delivery either in store or over the phone by card.
Loyalty Card
All Loyalty card holders must be aged 16 or over
Please advice us if your Loyalty card is lost or stolen – we will cancel that card, give you a new card and credit it with any outstanding points
You will need to show your Loyalty card to the cashier in order to claim your points
For every £1.00 you spend you will get 1 point which is worth 0.5 pence
We reserve the right to decline issue, modify the terms & conditions or withdraw the card without prior notice
Points are redeemable against future purchases but are not redeemable for cash or gift vouchers
The Loyalty card must be shown should a refund transaction need to be made
Your details are safe with us – we promise we will never share your details with anyone else
Please advise us if your details change, we want to keep your details as up to date as possible
Account customers are not eligible for a Loyalty card
